SHORTLET APARTMENT GUEST TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to our apartment. We kindly ask that you read and adhere to the following Terms & Conditions, which are designed to ensure your comfort, safety, and the smooth management of the property.

By confirming your booking and/or checking in, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Booking & Payment
  • Full payment must be made before check-in.
  • A refundable caution/security deposit will be required to cover damages, missing items, or policy violations.
  • Valid government-issued ID (passport, driver’s license, or national ID) is required at check-in.
2. Check-In & Check-Out
  • Check-in time:  2:00 PM
  • Check-out time: 12:00 PM
  • Late check-out will attract extra charges, subject to availability.
3. Guest Conduct & House Rules
  • No loud parties, events, or disturbances are allowed.
  • The maximum number of occupants must not exceed what was agreed at booking.
  • Visitors must be registered and approved by management. Unauthorized overnight stays are not allowed.
  • Illegal activities, drugs, and weapons are strictly prohibited.
  • Smoking is not permitted 
  • Pets are not allowed
4. Care of Property
  • Guests must keep the apartment, furniture, and appliances in good condition.
  • Any damages, breakages, stains, or missing items will be charged from the caution deposit or billed separately.
  • Guests are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings. Management is not liable for loss or theft.
5. Cleaning & Maintenance
  • Guests should maintain cleanliness during their stay.
  • Please report any maintenance issues promptly.
6. Security
  • Always lock doors and windows when leaving the apartment.
  • Guests are not allowed to give keys, access codes, or entry to unauthorised persons.
  • CCTV will be in operation in common areas for security purposes.
7. Utilities & Facilities
  • Do not tamper with electrical fittings, gas, or water systems.
  • Use appliances responsibly (e.g., AC should not be left running when you’re not in the apartment).
8. Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in.
  • 50% refund if cancelled 3–6 days before check-in.
  • No refund for cancellations within 48 hours of check-in.
  • No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.
  • Refund of security deposit will be processed after 48 hours of check-out, subject to inspection.
9. Breach of Terms
  • Management reserves the right to terminate a stay without refund if guests violate house rules or engage in illegal/unacceptable behaviour.
